HOPE bracelets

Remember the HOPE bracelet I wore (actually I am still wearing it) during Evan's hospital stay? If not, here is a quick reminder:). Every year there is a big golf tournament and gala here in NWA that benefits the Children's Hospital. We have been going to this every year since living here.  If you donate the night of the gala you receive one of these bracelets. My friends Casey and Kristin brought me one of the bracelets to Little Rock ( they found it at our house while they were packing up some of our stuff to bring down). That bracelet meant a lot to me and I wore it 24/7 while we were in the hospital and it gave me strength and HOPE.

The hospital has a very special place in our hearts.  We believe that without their medical care we would not have our precious Evan here with us today!(Once again I am typing this with one finger, because he is asleep in my arm and I just stare at him and am so thankful that he is doing so good now).  We have felt led to do something and have been talking to the hospital foundation about raising some money. I mentioned that I really like the bracelets they give out at the gala and that I would love to get my hands on some of them to give to the nurses in the CVICU and to "sell" the rest. Well, I was able to get some of them today and I am so excited! I am going to give some to the nurses that cared for Evan and I would love for you to get one too. I am asking for a donation of any kind (no amount is too small or too big) to the Children's Hospital and I will mail you a bracelet. I will mail across the country and across the world:).
